Waste Carrier database Guidance Now Available  - A database of registered waste carriers in Scotland has been launched by SEPA. It gives details on those individuals and businesses who are registered with SEPA as carriers of waste, as well as offer guidance for householders and businesses. The aim of this is to assist in the prevention and investigation of fly-tipping. The website also offers potential applicants the opportunity to download application forms in order to apply for registration.
